Ge-TS awarded tender of Government Electronic Trading Services from 2019 to 2024

The Hong Kong SAR Government (the Government) has renewed a six-year contract with Ge-TS to extend the provision of Government Electronic Trading Services (GETS) from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2024, which may be extended by the Government at its sole discretion for a further period or further periods of up to 36 months.

A subsidiary of Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (C&T), GE-TS has been operating GETS since 2004 to provide electronic services for the trading community in Hong Kong for submission of trade-related documents. Under the renewed contract, Ge-TS will provide a full range of e-services covering Import and Export Declarations (TDEC), Dutiable Commodities Permits (DCP), Electronic Cargo Manifests (EMAN), Road Cargo System (ROCARS) and Certificate of Origin (CO) with the latest technology to facilitate electronic standard transmission between the Ge-TS system and the Government gateways.
