Ge-TS' newly launched self-help trade declaration service available at the JetsoNet of 7-Eleven convenience stores is convenient and simple to use. From now on, customers do not need to spend their valuable time waiting for elevator or queuing up for trade declaration processing. JetsoNet provides 24/7, round-the-clock service. Customers can submit the trade declaration documents anytime once they are ready.

Currently, Paper-to-electronic Conversion Services via JetsoNet are available at 16 7-Elevens which are located at Mongkok, Yau Ma Tei, Tsim Sha Tsui, Wanchai and Causeway Bay. The number of stores will increase gradually, so that customers can easily locate a closest store for trade declaration nearby.

  • Prepare the documents Tidy and convenient
    After each transaction, customer just needs to put one copy of receipt inside a self-prepared envelope with the declaration forms. Trade declaration process is finished instantly. Customers can put several declarations in a single envelope for submission.
  • Calculate charges to save time
    Customer can go to the following website www.ge-ts.com.hk/ch/etascalculator_ch.html and use the Calculator for Imports and Exports Declaration Charge to calculate the trade declaration charges in advance, to speed up the process.
  • Attach photocopy of membership card to enjoy numerous benefits Member can enjoy numerous benefits by simply put a photocopy of e-Jetso membership card together with the receipt and declaration forms inside the envelope.

Self-help Service Makes Easy
1.
Through the touch screen of JetsoNet in 7-Eleven, customer
  • Chooses "Product and Services"
  • Chooses "Ge-TS Trade Declaration Service"
  • Inputs contact phone number
  • Inputs payment amount (customer is advised to calculate the TDEC charge, government charge and penalty themselves in advance)
2. Customer can pay by cheque, Octopus, EPS or credit cards
3. e-Jetso members will enjoy membership benefits. Member should attach a photocopy of the membership card with the submitted Trade Declaration forms, he will earn 10 bonus points to accumulate for gift redemption.
4. After payment, two copies of Ge-TS receipt will be printed with payment date and time, total charges paid, etc. for reference. If the customer pays by Octopus, EPS or credit card, an Octopus, EPS or credit card receipt will be printed out.
5. Customer should put one copy of receipt (without stamp printed at the bottom) inside the envelope with the forms and photocopy of e-Jetso membership card (if applicable) and drop the envelope into the drop-in box at the bottom of the JetsoNet kiosk.
6. Transaction will be recorded in real time. The information will be sent to Ge-TS PCS Center immediately. Ge-TS will submit the TDEC to government on the same day the forms are collected before cut-off time. Official receipts with UDR will be faxed directly to customer.

Service Pledge
We collect all documents from the JetsoNet drop-in box from Monday to Friday at 4:00 pm and Saturday at 10:00 am. Properly completed Ge-TS Trade Declaration forms will be converted into electronic messages and submitted to the Government on the same working day. Official receipts with UDR number will then be faxed directly to customer. Through using JetsoNet kiosk for trade declaration, the total trade declaration charges (Government Charges, Ge-TS service charge and penalty) are limited to HK$1000.
