Pick-up Serivce

(For Trade Declarations only)

Forget about the trouble of going to Service Counters, our Pick-up Service is just a phone call away.

Simply include a cheque of the correct amount of payment payable to "Global e-Trading Services Limited" or "Ge-TS" with your completed Ge-TS Trade Declaration forms in a sealed envelope marked "Trade Declaration" and call the Hongkong Post Pick-up Centre at 2921-2266, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am-8:00pm and fill in the Local CourierPost Pick-up Service Order Form, Hongkong Post Local Courierpost team will be at your door to collect your Ge-TS Trade Declaration form.

An acknowledgement slip will be issued to you for track and trace purpose. If you wish to receive the official payment receipt by post, please include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage with the forms, otherwise the payment receipt will be sent to you by fax.

Service Pledge

Place a phone order by 11:00am if the items or forms are picked up in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon,and by 10:30am if the items or forms are picked up in the New Territories, Monday through Saturday. Your Ge-TS Trade Declaration form will be picked up, converted into electronic message and submitted to Government on the same working day

Place a phone order by 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, your Ge-TS Trade Declaration forms will be picked up, converted into electronic message and submitted to Government on or before the next working day
