Service Charges

In addition to the Government Import and Export Declaration Charge, Late Penalties or Clothing Levy as applicable, traders have to pay the Ge-TS service fee for using the various services to submit their Ge-TS Trade Declaration Forms. The details are as follows:

Please note that no refund will be given for overpayment and Trade Declarations with insufficient payment will not be processed. So please make sure that you include the correct amount of cheque payment (Government charges and Ge-TS Service Fee) with your Ge-TS Trade Declaration Forms.

How To Pay ?

Pick-up Service

Please prepare the payment in cheque payable to "Global e-Trading Services Ltd" or "Ge-TS" and put it with the completed Trade Declaration Form for collection in a sealed envelope marked "Trade Declarations". Please DO NOT INCLUDE CASH.

Not applicable for dutiable commodities permits.

Counter Collection Service

Various payment options including cash, cheques payable to "Global e-Trading Services Ltd" or "Ge-TS", and EPS are acceptable.

Drop-in-Box Service

Not applicable for dutiable commodities permits.
