In a hurry or do not want to wait for a receipt? Use our Drop-in-Box Service to submit your Ge-TS Trade Declaration Forms.

Drop-in-Boxes are available at 11 selected locations. Simply enclose a cheque with sufficient payment payable to "Global e-Trading Services Limited" or "Ge-TS" with your completed Ge-TS Trade Declaration Forms in a sealed envelope and drop it into our Drop-in-Boxes, Ge-TS will process and submit your Trade Declarations to Government accordingly.

If you wish to receive the official payment receipt by post, please include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage with the forms, otherwise the payment receipt will be sent to you by fax.

Service Pledge

Contents of the Drop-in-Boxes are collected daily at 10:00am and 4:00pm - Monday to Friday, 10:00am - Saturday. Properly completed Ge-TS Trade Declaration Forms with sufficient payment collected at our daily collection time will be converted into electronic message and submitted to Government on the same working day.
