Trade Declarations

Come and visit our service counters located at 34 extremely convenient service locations located all over Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories to submit Ge-TS Trade Declaration Forms.

Your paper Trade Declaration will be input right away and a payment receipt printout will be issued to you.

Service Pledge

Properly completed Ge-TS Trade Declaration Forms submitted before 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, or 1:00 pm Saturday will be converted into electronic message and submitted to Government on or before the same working day.

Dutiable Commodities Permits are provided at our Ge-TS Service Centre.

Permit Application and Executed Permit Advice

Ge-TS service centre must receive copy of the Dutiable Commodities License from permit applicant as an authorization to obtain their licence record from the Office of Dutiable Commodities Administration (ODCA) of Customs and Excise Department (C&ED) before their permit application can be processed. Upon release of the licence information by ODCA to Ge-TS, Ge-TS will process the application and send the application message to Government within the same working day. Executed Permit Advice will also be processed within the same working day upon receipt of the relevant authorization from the permit applicant.

Payment Confirmation Advice

Ge-TS will process and submit the Payment Confirmation Advice within half working day upon receipt of the relevant authorization from the permit applicant.

Properly completed Ge-TS Dutiable Commodities Permits Forms submitted before 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, or 12:30 pm Saturday will be converted into electronic message and submitted to Government on or before the same working day.

Starting from 1 July 2006, the ODCA service counter will operate on a 5-day week, Monday to Friday. For details, please refer to the announcement from C&ED or contact ODCA hotline 2852-3049.

Electronic Submission of Cargo Manifests (EMAN)

Electronic Submission of Cargo Manifests are provided at our Ge-TS Service Centre.

Service Pledge

Properly completed Ge-TS EMAN Authorization forms submitted before 5:00pm Monday - Friday or 12:30pm Saturday will be converted into electronic message and submitted to Government within 2 working days.
