Ge-TS Electronic Trade Declaration Service

Thank you for your interest in Global e-Trading Services Limited (Ge-TS) services!

Effective from 1st January 2004, Ge-TS, the new service provider for Government Electronic Trading Services (GETS), will start to offer cost-effective electronic trade declaration (TDEC) service and extensive value-added services to the Hong Kong trading community.

Global e-Trading Services Limited (Ge-TS), a subsidiary of the publicly listed Computer and Technology Holdings Ltd. (Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 0046) has been granted the Government Electronic trading Services License (GETS license) in March, 2003 to provide electronic services to the trading community for submission of trade-related documents to Government. The appointment will be effective from January 2004

Ge-TS will provide a range of services, e-Service, Paper Pick-up Service, Paper Submission Counter Collection Service or Paper Submission Drop-in-Box Service, for the trading community to submit Trade Declarations and other trade-related documents to the Government.

e-Service

Ge-TS provides a variety of services to meet your different needs for electronic trade services such as supreme pack, deluxe pack, all-in-one value pack, pick-and-choose pack and special SMEasy pack. Ge-TS has also partnered with Hongkong Post and other value-added partners to offer electronic Trade Declaration service. Please register your interest as soon as possible.

Paper Pick-up Service

Simply call the Hongkong Post Pick-up Centre at 2921-2266, the Hongkong Post Local Courierpost team will be at your door to collect your Ge-TS Trade Declaration forms at no extra courier charges.

Paper Submission Counter Collection Service

Traders can also submit their paper trade documents to our service counters located at 15 chosen Post Offices conveniently located all over HKSAR.

Paper Submission Drop-in-Box Service

Drop-in-Boxes are available at 8 chosen locations. Simply enclose a cheque with sufficient payment with your completed Ge-TS trade documents in a sealed envelope and drop it into our Drop-in-Boxes.
